Yes! Of course, we love having input from our customers concerning their projects. However, there may be additional fees depending on where we are during the process if plans change mid-way through completion. 

Yes! However, it’s important to note that we will not be responsible for any warranty of the product(s) if there are defects or issues, you are responsible for replacing, returning, removal, and reinstallation of the product(s).

You can meet with our designer and/or building consultant to come up with your own unique space. Customization is encouraged preferably before the contract is signed to avoid time delays or change order fees.

That depends. You do need professional architectural and/or structural designs if you wish to have an addition to your home, and if making any modifications to your home’s existing layout. We do have those services available for a fee or if you already have someone in mind we can collaborate with them to bring your project to fruition.

The length of a project depends on the particulars of what needs to be done. The best way to determine that is by having an in-depth discussion with us so we can come up with a realistic timeline for completing the work.

Yes! We provide our customers with a schedule prior to beginning a project, but due to the nature of construction, changes may occur. We will do our best to keep you informed.
